Indian River Mall didn't work out for Classy Cupcakes...

Am I sad??? In a very small way... relieved is more the feeling that I am getting. It would be a huge step, when I am a small step kind of person! The cookie store guys, Mike and Kenny let me know today that they accepted another offer over mine. It's not final yet, so they are going to let me know if it doesn't go through... but I don't know if I am interested anymore at this point. I have had a lot of time to think about the whole thing... I wrote a business plan... it wasn't time wasted at all! I definately learned a lot about opening a business. Especially the very important part called having a plan! I realize that I can have a successful cupcake shop, if I plan on it... which is what I am back to doing now! I am back to looking for a kitchen and will be ordering my flavor cards and more business cards too (I'm running out fast)! I am following my heart and I know that when it's right it will all work out!
