You can pre-order standard and mini size cupcakes for Wednesday pick up or you can take your chances and come in on Wednesday and buy from the case... Mini size will only be available by pre-order!

We will be open on Wednesday 10am - 6pm or until we sell out!
We will be closed on Thursday and Friday for the holiday...

Weekly Flavor Changes!

We have changed our menu again... Pineapple Upside-down and Raspberry Cheesecake are back! We also added Applesauce cupcakes to the Friday cupcake flavors! Our November and December seasonal flavors are Pumpkin Spice, Sweet Potato and Eggnog. These cupcakes will be offered on different days during the week. We will post on facebook when they are available, or you can always pre-order!

A Labor of Love...

Labor day weekend for Classy Cupcakes was full of Labor... in fact we are not quite finished with the changes that we are working on at the store so we will be closed for one more day! However, I do have new store hours to post and a new menu! Please check it out, over there in the right hand column... I am very excited about the new menu because we are adding more flavors every day! I also will have a chance to try new flavors on a more regular basis because we now have a Debi's choice each day too... We used to only have Debi's choice on Saturdays! So, I hope to see you soon at the store... we will re-open on Wednesday, Sept. 8th.

Snickerdoodle Cupcakes Make the Menu!

Hey! I just added a new flavor to the menu... Snickerdoodles! It is a cinnamon cupcake with meringue frosting and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. You can try this new flavor on its new day... Thursday! We have had Snickerdoodles in the case for the last couple of weeks and they have been very popular with great reviews so I decided to put them on the schedule for you! They also are available in mini size! Snickerdoodle cookies are one of my favorites and I think these cupcakes are very reminiscent of this cookie and I love it!

FYI Peanut Butter has moved to Wednesday now!

Spelling Check...

Husband Mike told me the other day that available is misspelled on the flavor page... well, I just looked and there are several words misspelled!!! I guess I need to proof the pages better when someone else is doing it for me! I would just change it but I can't. So, instead of turning off the page, I am going to leave it up for now... and I will get it fixed asap! Sorry about that!

Classy Cupcakes is One Year Old

Happy Birthday Classy Cupcakes! Wow... it has been a whole year since we opened the store and sold our first cupcake... and what a year it has been! Thank you to all of you, our customers and friends, who have supported us to make it through the first twelve months with great success! Mike (husband) has been promoted and no longer is the main dishwasher... he is the official cupcake taster and quality control supervisor. Mike is the reason we have the best cupcakes in Vero Beach! Emilee (daughter) is a busy teenager this summer but when she is here at the store she always brightens the room with her laughter and charm... Emilee is my second in command and lets me take the day off when she can! Me (Debi) ... well, I am here making cupcakes and trying to find the time to blog and facebook and email... plus everything else that has to get done in the store, like planning some fun events to have at the store during our birthday month...( I actually do have some great ideas but nothing for sure yet... watch the facebook page for updates on events ) During this first year there were some times that I needed HELP and lots of it... I want to thank all of my friends who volunteered and helped whenever I called and also thanks to all of the paid helpers who have come and gone during the year, I really appreciate everything you did! We have a fantastic staff at Classy Cupcakes right now... Crysta, Ayla, Amelia, Pamela and Bobby... you guys are the best!

A Week of Giving...

Oooooo...Toy Story 3 & Classy Cupcakes!

Once again we are teaming up with Childcare Resources of Indian River County for a fun family activity! This Saturday, June 19th at the Majestic Theatre in Vero Beach treat your family to see TOY STORY 3 and help raise money for this terriffic non-profit agency! They are about to have the grand opening of their first education center facility and they need your help...

Classy Cupcakes will be there with our delicious cupcakes at the reception for everyone to enjoy... while they draw raffle tickets for GREAT Prizes and have a fun trivia game about Toy Story movies too. You can come dressed like your favorite character from the movie and hang out with all of your favorites!

You will get a free raffle ticket if you bring in something from their wish list... or you can purchase more chances at the reception party!

Tickets are on sale now at the Majestic Theatre Box office or online at Majestic Theatre! Saturday, June 19th at 2pm... See you there!

Summer Hours

We are changing the hours starting on June 1st for the summer as follows... Tuesday - Friday 11am - 7pm , Saturday 10am - 4pm... We will be closed on Sunday and Monday....

New Pages on the Blog...

There are now separate pages to my blog!!! I will be posting stuff on different pages for you to be able to see what you want faster! Such as wedding cupcakes, bithday cupcakes, special orders, and our cupcake flavors too. I just discovered this, so please be patient while I reorganize some of the pictures.

You will see the page markers at the top of the blog under the title... all there is so far is Home, which is the main page!

May Pops at Windsor

These are the cupcake bouquets that we made for the centerpieces at the May Pops concert at Windsor for the Indian River Medical Center Foundation 25th Anniversary Celebration. It was a lot of work, but they really turned out beautiful!

There were a total of 44 small and 17 large arrangements! The store looked like a florist shop! By far the hardest part of this job was transporting them... I don't have pictures of that, but it was not pretty. It took 4 cars because when they were secured onto trays, they could not touch, or wiggle or move at all. We only had one fall over during the trip!

This is a small arrangement on a table setting... the small one has 11 mini cupcakes.

Below is a large arrangement with 26 mini cupcakes! You can see all of the tents and tables set up for the event!

I would love to make these again... perhaps not as many at once! These would have to be delivered and set up because I have no way to package this! So, it would be great for weddings or other special events!

Touch A Truck Event!

Childcare Resources presents the 2nd annual Touch A Truck Family Festival! It will be held at the Indian River County Fairgrounds on this Saturday, March 27th from 10 am to 3 pm. We will be there selling cupcakes, so make sure you come and enjoy a cupcake and have some fun.You can also have a chance to win 2 tickets to the event right here at Classy Cupcakes!
