On the Menu Today...

Carrot Head Carrot Cupcakes... We were having fun in the kitchen and made some carrots with eyes!!! Stop by the store and see them today!

Also in the case today are Red Velvet, Banana Chocolate Chip, Key Lime, Cinnamon Swirl, Peanut Butter, Vanilla Bean, and Classic Chocolate!

This is a volleyball pull apart cake... it was perfect until I went to put it into the box and the board bent!!! I use a double board now... Happy Birthday Coach Glasco!

Happy Birthday Caroline... Little presents made of starburst candy... Her mom was adding candles into the center! This design was in one of the books here in the shop... Caroline and her mom came in and looked through some books for ideas and found these!

I just got the nicest letter from Dorie today thanking me for the cupcakes... Happy birthday to Doris and Dotsie! I made these for the ladies birthday lunch!

Happy Birthday Riley... She got surfboards on her cupcakes for a tropical birthday theme!

Banana Chocolate Chip Delicious...

This is the new Banana Chocolate Chip... I changed the top and now it has a milk chocolate glaze with a dollop of buttercream and a banana chip! I am here baking now and decided to try one and oooooohhhhh it is soooo good! There are three left for tomorrow! This cupcake comes out on Tuesdays!

Sweet Saturday

Yes, I am a bad blogger... I intended to do each day with the flavors that day and you see that I got Monday in and now it's Saturday! Anyway, the special flavors today are... Red Velvet, Cookies n Cream, Pineapple Upsidedown, and German Chocolate! Of course, Vanilla Bean, and Chocolate too! I know there are still some Carrot and Lemon Meringue... but come early for those, because they will sell out fast!

I will NOT be at the store today!!! I am taking the day OFF! My lovely daughter and hubby will be running the place... Have a happy cupcake day!

Today's Flavors...

We will have Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Chocolate Glaze and chopped Peanut butter chips on top...Cinnamon Swirl - a cream cheese cake with swirls of cinnamon, brown sugar, and finely chopped pecans with a cinnamon buttercream frosting....Key Lime Cupcakes with a graham cracker bottom- key lime in the middle - topped off with key lime cream cheese frosting...and as always Vanilla Bean and Chocolate!
