We are offering a 4 box with a Double Chocolate "I Love You", White Chocolate Dream, Strawberry n Cream with a Chocolate dipped Strawberry, and of course a Red Velvet with a red heart! All in our beautiful white box and tied with a Valentine ribbon! These special cupcakes are only available for special order on Friday, Feb. 12 or Saturday, Feb. 13. You can pick up for $14.oo or have it delivered (Vero Beach area) for $15! Orders must be paid in advance by Feb.10. Happy Valentines!

T.G.I.F. We have had a great week here at Classy Cupcakes! Our friend Kim from Bella Hair was begging for Thin Mint cupcakes so we made up some of our Chocolate Cupcakes with the cookies crunched up into the batter and topped it with mint buttercream with more cookies in the frosting! MMmmmm... so good! They are a reminder that it's cookie time!!! I am going to mix up some more today, so come in and get one!

Also in the case today is our KEY LIME... yes, it's back! Not only is it the January flavor of the month but it is now a Friday flavor!!! A lot of you were not happy when we took it off the menu to make room for the fall flavors... so we brought it back to stay!

Remember, Lemon Meringue and Cinnamon Swirl are now on Saturdays... and Debi's choice for Saturday is going to be Chocolate Chip Cheesecake!

SWEET SUNDAY THIS SUNDAY!

We will be open this Sunday from 11am - 4pm for Classy Cupcakes first Sweet Sunday... We are donating the proceeds of every Marble cupcake sold on Sunday to the United Way of Indian River County. Please come in and support this worthy cause!

Remember, Classy Cupcakes will be open on the third Sunday of each month for a SWEET SUNDAY! Each month we will be supporting a different non-profit or charity in Indian River County... We hope to raise not only money for a good cause, but also awareness to the needs right here in our community!

New Cupcake Flavor... Raspberry Cheesecake!!!

Just out of the oven... Raspberry Cheesecakes! They look really yummy... You can come into the store and taste one today! If they are as good as they look, they will be the new Wednesday flavor, in place of Boston Cream!

Also... for all of the Key Lime fans... I am making Key Lime the flavor of the month for January!!! It will be available Friday and Saturday this week!

Cupcakes are ready for New Year's Eve!!!

Okay, no pictures of this but... my daughter Rebecca has been here this week helping me at the store... of course Emilee was here too! So, it's been fun and we made tons of cupcakes tonight for all the New Year's Eve orders and many more for the case! We will have... Vanilla Bean, Chocolate w/Chocolate, Chocolate w/Coconut, Marble, Peanut Butter, Banana Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet, Coconut and Eggnog (the last day of this flavor)!

Remember we will be open Thursday from 10am to 3pm! Also, we will be closed this weekend... I am taking Rebecca home to Savannah... We will open again on Monday, January 4th at Noon!

We're back from our Christmas Holiday!

Wow what a wild week we had last week! We had over 800 cupcakes sold in two days... for pre-orders and take out!!! I want to thank everyone who came in a helped me to get everything done... I couldn't have done it without help!!! Here are some pictures of what we did!

The reindeer are eggnog, the northpole is chocolate peppermint, the wreath is red velvet and the snowman is coconut!

Marianna (from the TK and Marianna morning show) came in today to learn how to bake cupcakes! I gave her a lesson on how to make pumpkin spice cupcakes. We had a great time and her cupcakes came out so good!!!

Emilee's Sweet 16!

Friday December 11th we're going to be celebrating Emilee's sweet 16th birthday here at Classy Cupcakes! We're going to have samples available, birthday presents for you, and a sweet 16 cupcake special. You're going to be able to buy 12 cupcakes and get a gift certificate for an extra 4 pack of cupcakes! Come check it out if you're in the area!

Homeless Family Shelter Event

We recently raised $633 dollars for the Homeless Family Shelter by having a cupcake promo here in the shop! We had pumpkin cupcakes for sale, and we are donating the proceeds from the pumpkin cupcakes we sold that day. We also had a drawing for tickets to go see the premier of New Moon that Friday that it came out! Leah Nelson won the two tickets, and Bill Pradu won 12 Twilight Cupcakes. We sure have been keeping busy around here!

A Most Beautiful Gift...

A dear friend came to the store today and gave me this ... it is a plaque that she made just for me! It is so pretty and I love it! This picture is okay of it, but you should come into the store to see it because it is so neat. Live simple... eat little cakes! Thank you sooooo much!

New Flavor!!! Marble Cupcake!

This is a beautiful new addition to our flavors... it is our logo cupcake too! The flavor is made from our classic chocolate and vanilla bean... so it will be a new daily flavor in the store!
