Happy Valentine's Day!

Thank you so much to all of the people who ordered Valentine Cupcakes! I had a great time making them and delivering them too... I made about 200 cupcakes for all of the orders over two days! Here are some pictures of it...

I filled 35 individual orders for Valentine cupcakes over a two day delivery schedule! It was a big job but very rewarding to get it all done! Everyone thought it was a great idea... I'm thinking of the next holiday opportunity now, maybe Easter or St. Patrick's day? I think any day is a good day to eat a cupcake... so why not offer a weekly cupcake delivery... or a cupcake of the month club??? I'll keep you posted!

Mother/Daughter Tea

This was the display that we set up for the event. Pictured are Emilee and me! My friend Trish and her daughter Rachel also helped out... we all decorated the cupcakes on the display. The theme was roses...

Valentine Cupcakes

I am offering a special Valentine 4-pack with delivery included in Vero Beach! My goal is 24 orders and I already have 22!!! Wooo Hooo!

It's $14 for the four cupcakes in this lovely white window box... Frankly Scarlet (Red Velvet), Dark, Rich and Delicious (Dark Chocolate with i love you), Strawberry Fields (strawberry with a chocolate dipped strawberry on top), and White Chocolate Dream with a white chocolate heart!

Maxine Cupcakes

I had an order for cupcakes and she wanted them to be decorated with the cartoon character "Maxine" in some way... This is what I came up with...

The cupcakes are my Tropical Paradise - Pina Colada cake with crushed pineapple, coconut and rum topped with toasted coconut cream cheese frosting... The face is plain cream cheese frosting... the hair and collar are toasted coconut... I added blue sugar sparkles to the hair! My client was thrilled and called me a few days later and said how they loved the cake as well! I am making her another one for another friend this week!
